Redemption instructions are provided within each benefit in your member area. Depending on the partner, you may need to show your physical or digital Apex Membership Card, use a booking link, provide a code or follow another specified redemption method.

Not necessarily. Some benefits may only be available at selected locations or may have specific exclusions. Any important restrictions will be shown with the benefit.

Yes. Partner benefits may be added, amended, replaced or withdrawn from time to time. We aim to keep all member information as accurate and current as possible.

Apex membership is personal to the registered member. Unless a specific benefit states otherwise, benefits should not be shared or transferred.
