Yes. You can cancel the future renewal of your membership at any time. Your membership will normally remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your statutory cancellation rights are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Apex Core Annual, Apex Plus and Apex Elite members receive a personalised physical Apex Membership Card displaying their name, Member ID and membership expiry date.
Apex Core Monthly members receive a digital membership card, available through their member account.
