Apex Lifestyle Club

Membership Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: September 2026

These Membership Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern membership of Apex Lifestyle Club, operated by Apex Lifestyle Group Limited ("Apex", "we", "our" or "us").

By purchasing an Apex Lifestyle Club membership, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before joining.

1. About Apex Lifestyle Club

Apex Lifestyle Club is a membership programme providing members with access to exclusive benefits, offers and experiences through a growing network of independent partner businesses.

Membership benefits vary depending on your membership tier and may be subject to additional terms set by individual partners.

2. Membership Eligibility

To become a member you must:

  • be at least 18 years of age;

  • provide accurate and complete information when registering; and

  • maintain an active membership subscription where applicable.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a membership where false or misleading information has been provided or where these Terms have been breached.

3. Membership Tiers

Apex currently offers the following membership levels:

  • Apex Core

  • Apex Plus

  • Apex Elite

Apex Core may be available on either a monthly or annual subscription, as displayed at the time of purchase.

Apex Plus and Apex Elite are annual memberships.

Each membership tier provides access to different benefits and may include different membership features. The benefits, pricing and billing period applicable to your membership will be displayed before purchase.

Current membership details are available on our website.

4. Membership Fees

Membership fees are payable in advance at the price and for the billing period displayed when you purchase your membership.

Depending on the membership selected, fees may be charged monthly or annually.

Where a membership renews automatically, the applicable renewal frequency and price will be made clear to you before purchase.

We may change membership prices from time to time. Any price change will not affect a membership period that you have already paid for. Where a change affects a future renewal, we will provide appropriate notice where required.

5. Membership Start and 14 Day Cancellation Right

Your membership begins when your purchase is confirmed, unless we tell you otherwise.

If you purchase your membership online, you will normally have the legal right to cancel your membership within 14 days of entering into the contract without giving a reason.

If you ask us to begin providing your membership during this 14 day cancellation period, including by providing access to member benefits, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the membership service provided up to the date you tell us you wish to cancel, where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any cancellation or refund rights you have under applicable consumer law.

To exercise your right to cancel, contact us at memberservices@apexlifestyleclub.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel your membership.

Further information is available in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Renewals and Cancellation

Where your membership renews automatically, you may cancel future renewal at any time through your account or by contacting us before your next billing date.

Apex Core Monthly memberships renew monthly. Annual memberships renew annually unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.

Unless you are exercising a statutory cancellation right or are otherwise entitled to a refund by law, cancelling an active membership will normally prevent the next renewal rather than ending or refunding the membership period you have already paid for.

Your membership and access to the applicable benefits will normally continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Further information is available in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Changing Your Membership

You may be able to change to a different Apex membership plan, subject to the membership options available at the time.

Where you upgrade to a higher membership tier, the timing of the upgrade and any additional amount payable will be made clear before the change is confirmed.

Where you request to move to a lower membership tier or a different billing option, the change may take effect at the end of your current paid membership period rather than immediately.

Membership benefits associated with a new tier will become available when the change to that membership takes effect.

Any physical membership card provided in connection with a previous membership tier may cease to be valid following a change of membership. Where applicable, a replacement card may be issued for the new membership tier.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law.

Outside any statutory cancellation or refund rights, membership fees are generally non refundable once the relevant membership period has begun.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or there is a problem with your membership, please contact us at memberservices@apexlifestyleclub.com and we will investigate.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

9. Membership Cards

The type of Apex Membership Card provided depends on the membership plan selected.

Apex Core Monthly members receive access to a digital Apex Membership Card.

Apex Core Annual, Apex Plus and Apex Elite members receive a personalised physical Apex Membership Card in addition to digital membership access.

Membership cards:

  • are issued solely for use by the registered member;

  • must not be transferred or shared with another person;

  • must not be altered, reproduced or copied; and

  • may be required when redeeming certain member benefits.

Physical membership cards remain the property of Apex Lifestyle Club.

A physical membership card is valid only while the associated membership remains active and within any validity or expiry period displayed on the card.

If your physical membership card is lost, stolen or damaged, please contact us. Replacement charges may apply and will be communicated before a replacement is issued.

10. Digital Membership

Members may access their membership through the secure Apex member portal and any other digital membership services made available by Apex.

Where a digital Apex Membership Card is provided, it may be used to verify membership and access participating member benefits in accordance with the applicable partner's redemption requirements.

Digital membership access and digital membership cards are personal to the registered member and must not be shared with another person.

11. Partner Benefits

Apex works with independent partner businesses to provide member benefits, offers and experiences.

Partner benefits may:

  • change from time to time;

  • be withdrawn or replaced;

  • become temporarily unavailable;

  • vary by location;

  • have limited availability; and

  • be subject to additional partner terms, exclusions or booking requirements.

We cannot guarantee that any individual partner or benefit will remain available throughout your membership.

Where reasonably possible, we aim to maintain and develop the overall value and range of benefits available through Apex.

Partners may require you to present a valid physical or digital Apex membership card before a benefit can be redeemed.

Any purchase or booking made directly with a partner is also subject to that partner's own terms and conditions.

12. Acceptable Use

Membership is personal to you.

Members must not:

  • misuse or fraudulently obtain membership benefits;

  • share or transfer their membership;

  • reproduce, copy or alter membership cards;

  • impersonate another member;

  • behave abusively towards Apex, partner staff or other members; or

  • use Apex or its benefits for unlawful purposes.

13. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate a membership where we reasonably believe that:

  • these Terms have been materially breached;

  • membership has been obtained fraudulently;

  • membership benefits have been deliberately misused;

  • a membership has been shared or transferred without permission;

  • a member has behaved abusively or unlawfully towards Apex, its partners or other members; or

  • continued membership would expose Apex, its partners or other members to fraud, abuse or other material harm.

Where appropriate, we will explain the reason for suspension or termination.

Serious misconduct, fraud or abuse may result in immediate termination.

Any entitlement to a refund following termination will depend on the circumstances and your statutory rights.

14. Intellectual Property

All Apex Lifestyle Club branding, logos, membership card designs, graphics, website content and marketing materials are owned by or licensed to Apex Lifestyle Group Limited.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to members.

15. Partner Goods, Services and Experiences

Apex provides access to benefits offered by independent partner businesses.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Apex is not the provider of goods, services or experiences purchased or booked directly from a partner. The relevant partner is responsible for fulfilling those goods, services or experiences and for dealing with issues relating to them.

Apex does not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

16. Changes to Membership Benefits

We continually review and develop the Apex membership offering.

Partners, benefits, offers and experiences may be added, changed, replaced or removed from time to time.

Because partner benefits are provided by independent businesses, some changes may occur at short notice or for reasons outside our control.

Where a change is within our control and would materially reduce the overall membership service you have purchased, we will act reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

17. Communications

We may contact you where necessary in connection with:

  • your membership;

  • payments and renewals;

  • important service information;

  • security or account matters; and

  • material changes affecting your membership or these Terms.

We may also send marketing communications, including information about new partners, benefits and experiences, where permitted by law and in accordance with your communication preferences.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications without affecting essential membership communications.

18. Privacy

We process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information.

19. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, industrial disputes, government action, widespread technology or communication failures, or disruption affecting our partners.

This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our services, membership offering, business operations or applicable law.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

Where a change materially affects an existing member's rights or membership, we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate and will not use changes to these Terms to remove statutory rights or unfairly alter a membership that has already been purchased.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also have rights under the mandatory laws applicable where you live and may be entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
