Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis as displayed at checkout.
By subscribing, you authorise Apex to charge your selected payment method at the stated intervals.
Prices may change in the future; members will be notified in advance of any material changes.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
Members may cancel their membership at any time via their account.
Unless required by law, membership fees are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods.

The actions, availability, or quality of partner businesses
Any goods or services provided by partners
Changes to partner offers
All transactions with partners are between the member and the partner.
10. Concierge & Third-Party Services
Concierge services (where available) are provided on a best-efforts basis.
Apex is not liable for the performance of third-party service providers, bookings, or experiences arranged through concierge services.
11. Website Use
You agree not to:

Attempt to gain unauthorised access
Interfere with site functionality
Apex may suspend or restrict access to the website where misuse is suspected.
